Leslie Corcoran,
CFP®
Leslie
has worked independently as a financial planner since 1998. Prior to
starting Family First Financial Planning, she worked over 15 years in the
banking field, Leslie began her career as a Corporate Banking Officer and
Leslie advanced to the position of Vice President, Private Banking Executive
where she handled the investment and estate planning needs for affluent
individuals. She recommended stocks, mutual funds, annuities, trust
services, and loans best suited to the client’s needs.
Leslie also holds a B.S in Finance from Auburn University. She is married
to Robert and has four children, a stepson, Ryan, a son, Jake, and daughters
Erin and Megan.
As the name of the company implies, family is first to Leslie. Leslie became
interested in financial planning when she witnessed the impact that poor
planning for her elderly grandmother had on the family. “The rigors of
family life from being a daughter and a mother have taught me firsthand how
important financial planning is for a family,” says Leslie. “We won’t sell
you investments. We won’t guarantee you wealth and riches. What we will give
you is the time, the information, and the opportunity to make the financial
decisions that are right for you, your family, and your life.”
Leslie
is featured regularly on Bankrate.com to address questions ranging from
IRA rollover fears, to
talking money with your mate to
long term care insurance.
Greg
Fant,
CFP®
Greg Fant
joined Family First in July, 2007, to share his 10 plus years of financial
planning experience with individuals, families and small business owners.
He works with his clients in creating, implementing, monitoring and updating
their personal financial success plans. Not only does he help them organize,
document and understand their current situation but also works with them to
design a complete, specific and unique plan to match their values, beliefs
and dreams with practical and achievable financial objectives and goals.
In addition to his financial planning experience, Greg also had a career in
the utility and telecommunications industries prior to joining the fee-only
planning profession. Greg holds advanced degrees in business administration and statistics along with an undergraduate degree in mathematics. Greg and his wife, Maria, reside in Stuart, Florida and have 4
grown children, Phillip, Patrick, Gregory, Jr., and Marlena.
During
his first career, Greg realized that many of his fellow co-workers and
others in the community didn’t have a way to get simple, understandable
answers to their financial planning questions. From these informal
conversations, Greg realized his passion to help people understand money
matters would make an excellent second career.

Marguerite Gallo
Marguerite Gallo, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, has for the past 15 years
been a resident of both Florida and the lovely North Shore of Long Island.
Her
background of excellent customer service includes 12 years of administrative
experience and 22 years as a hairdresser. Marguerite’s hobbies include
motorcycling, hiking, camping and gardening. Her two “children” are a puggle
dog named Jozie and cat named Missie.
